Personal Care & In-Home Support
Assistance with daily life and community participation
At Kimberley Care Group, we provide respectful, reliable support to help you manage daily life in a way that feels comfortable and familiar.
We take time to match you with consistent support workers you feel at ease with.
Building trust matters, especially when support is delivered in your home or community.
With a full roster of local support staff who understand your routines, preferences, and goals, you will always be supported (there will be no gaps in service.)
Everything we provide is guided by your goals, approved under your NDIS plan, and delivered with dignity, respect, and a focus on independence.
Our in-home support can include personal care, domestic assistance, companionship, and help to stay connected with your community. Supports are flexible and can be delivered during the day or night, at home or out and about (depending on what’s funded in your NDIS plan and what works best for you).
All of the above needs to be approved by the NDIS and shown in your plan for us to accommodate your living needs.
Community Access
Community access support helps people with disability stay connected to their community, culture, and everyday life beyond the home.
At Kimberley Care Group, we support you to attend the following in a way that feels safe, respectful, and meaningful:

Supports are flexible and guided by your NDIS plan, helping you build confidence, independence, and stronger connections with the people and places that matter to you.
Head Leasing
Head leasing provides safe, stable housing for people with disability when suitable rentals are hard to find.
Kimberley Care Group leases homes directly from property owners and supports participants to live there with the right NDIS supports in place. This removes many of the barriers people face in the private rental market and offers a more secure, long-term housing option.
With head leasing, your home is supported by KCG’s consistent, local team who understand your needs, routines, and community. It’s a practical, flexible option that helps create stability while you build independence and plan for the future.
Not sure if we can support you?
The majority of our services are covered by NDIS funding, however we have been flexible with private supports and brokerage before. We also offer Veterans’ Affairs funding as an option.
